Operations Manager

  Ashley is a dedicated professional who became a member of the ProPay team in October 2022. With nine years of experience in the payroll and HR field, she brings valuable expertise to her role as Operations Manager. Ashley is passionate about assisting clients in navigating the intricate world of payroll operations.

Ashley's knowledge and practical experience in payroll and HR allow her to provide exceptional support and guidance to clients. She understands the complexities of payroll processes and compliance, enabling her to offer effective solutions tailored to each client's specific needs.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ashley finds joy in her role as a mother. Her son and foster children bring constant adventure and serve as a source of inspiration and delight in her life. Balancing her personal and professional commitments, Ashley's enthusiasm and love for what she does shine through in her interactions with clients and colleagues alike.

Payroll Professional

  Arlette brings a wealth of experience from her 10-year tenure in the medical field. With a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for helping others, she has developed exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

Since joining ProPay in August 2023, Arlette has embraced the dynamic world of payroll and has quickly grown into a leadership role. 

Now serving as a Team Lead, she plays an integral part in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and support for both clients and colleagues. Her dedication and ability to adapt have made her an invaluable member of the team.

Outside of work, Arlette is a devoted mother of three. Family is incredibly important to her, and she cherishes quality time spent with loved ones. She also treasures her friendships and believes in the power of building strong bonds.

Arlette's diverse background and passion for learning make her a valuable asset to the ProPay team. She embraces new challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and is dedicated to her professional growth. Her strong work ethic, coupled with her caring nature, continues to contribute to the success of ProPay. 

Payroll Professional

Landon joined ProPay in 2023 after relocating from Austin, Texas, bringing a diverse background in both sales and accounting. He studied Business Administration at Texas A&M University, spending five years in sales before transitioning into accounting at a biotech company, where he gained hands-on experience in financial operations and reporting.

Since joining ProPay, Landon has continued to grow professionally, taking on key responsibilities including leading 401(k) processing and contributing to process improvements across the team. 

His adaptability, attention to detail, and team-first mindset have made him a trusted resource and valuable collaborator.

Outside of work, Landon enjoys spending time with family and friends, always prioritizing meaningful connection. His reliability, versatility, and steady approach make him an integral part of the ProPay team and its continued success.

Payroll Professional

 Cristina, an experienced bookkeeper, joined the ProPay team in January 2023. With six years of bookkeeping experience under her belt, she embarked on a new adventure as a Payroll Professional. Enthusiastic about her transition, Cristina is eager to apply her skills in payroll operations.

Cristina's background in bookkeeping has provided her with a solid foundation in financial management and recordkeeping. Her attention to detail and meticulous approach ensure accuracy and in payroll processing. With a commitment to delivering exceptional service, Cristina is dedicated to assisting clients with their payroll needs.

Outside of her professional commitments, Cristina finds fulfillment in her role as a wife and mother. Spending time with her husband and four children brings her great joy. Their yearly family trips, orchestrated by her adventurous husband, offer exciting new experiences and memorable moments.

Cristina's love for payroll, combined with her dedication to family, makes her a valuable addition to the ProPay team. Her expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction ensure that payroll processes are efficient and accurate.

Payroll Professional

 Marisol joined ProPay in April 2023 and has quickly embraced her new role in the world of payroll. With a background in the medical field spanning six years, she brings a perspective and a strong desire to excel in her new profession.

Marisol's transition from the medical field to payroll has been seamless, and she has found a passion for the intricacies of payroll operations. Her previous experience has provided her with a solid foundation in meticulous recordkeeping and attention to detail skills that are crucial in ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.

 Balancing her busy schedule, she cherishes time spent with her husband and son. Family moments hold great significance in her life, and she prioritizes creating treasured memories and nurturing the bonds they share.

Her multi-faceted background in the medical field, commitment to her family, and passion for coaching exemplify her ability in both, personal and professional domains.

Payroll Professional

Kelsey joined the ProPay team in January 2025 after relocating from Houston, Texas. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Sam Houston State University and brings over two years of experience in operations.

Kelsey is passionate about helping others and is committed to delivering clear, effective communication while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processes. Her strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workloads make her a valuable asset to the team.

In addition to her role at ProPay, Kelsey also leverages social media as a secondary avenue for business outreach, using her platform to share insights, connect with clients, and promote ProPay’s services. Her blend of operational expertise and communication savvy makes her a dynamic and impactful member of the team. 

Payroll Professional

Miranda brings over a decade of payroll experience to ProPay, having worked in the field since 2013. As the newest member of the team, she joined in 2024 and quickly made an impact with her strong expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Miranda is a proud wife and mom of five. She values her faith deeply and enjoys spending quality time with her family. A passionate sports fan, she loves cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and the Los Angeles Dodgers whenever she gets the chance.

Miranda’s strong foundation in payroll, paired with her warm personality and team spirit, make her a valuable addition to the ProPay family.

Payroll Professional

Born and raised in Amarillo, Jacie brings a strong sense of community and a genuine appreciation for building meaningful relationships. She values quality time with family and friends and is especially excited to be marrying the love of her life this October.

Jacie began her journey in payroll in 2024 and has quickly developed a passion for the field. Her dedication, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn have made her a valued member of the team. She studied at Amarillo College and continues to apply her strong work ethic and enthusiasm to every aspect of her role.

Whether at work or in her personal life, Jacie is committed to creating thoughtful, lasting connections and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment.  

Packaging Specialist

 Riley Tessneer serves as the Packaging Specialist, where he plays a key role in ensuring that payrolls are packaged and distributed accurately and on time for every company. 

In addition to his primary duties, Riley is responsible for running multiple payrolls each week, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. His commitment to organization and efficiency helps maintain a well-ordered office environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Known for being organized, proficient, and prompt, Riley is a dedicated professional who takes pride in his work. Outside of the office, he enjoys writing, photography, and reading, and values spending quality time with his loved ones.
